1. Website use

By using this website, you agree to provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, and not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or bypass security or booking controls.

2. Booking requests and confirmation

A booking is not treated as active until payment is successfully received and the reservation is confirmed through the connected booking platform. Before that point, pricing, availability, extras, and insurance are subject to system validation and final confirmation.

3. Driver requirements

Drivers must provide accurate personal details and valid supporting documents. Island Rovers may refuse or cancel a booking if identity, licence, age, or document requirements are not met.

4. Pricing

Displayed prices may include vehicle rental charges, taxes, insurance selections, deposits, extras, location-based charges, or other booking-related costs shown during checkout. The final amount is the amount confirmed in the booking summary and payment flow.

5. Insurance and deposits

Insurance options, deposits, and damage excess amounts are shown during the booking process. The renter remains responsible for complying with the terms of the selected insurance and any exclusions, excess amounts, penalties, or deposit obligations shown in the booking summary.

6. Customer obligations

• Provide true and complete booking information.
• Use the vehicle lawfully and in line with the rental agreement.
• Return the vehicle on time, in agreed condition, and with any agreed fuel or return requirements.
• Report incidents, delays, fines, or damage promptly.

7. Changes and cancellations

Cancellation and refund handling is subject to the specific policy pages linked below, the rental timing, and the actual payment status of the booking. Some bookings may require direct company review before cancellation or refund is processed.

8. Early return, no-shows, and misuse

No-show bookings, late collections, early returns, or misuse of the vehicle may reduce or remove eligibility for refunds. Damage, traffic violations, cleaning charges, smoking penalties, lost keys, admin fees, or insurance exclusions may still apply where relevant.

9. Legal and consumer rights

These terms are intended to work alongside applicable Cyprus law and mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove non-excludable statutory rights.
